This API Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Ultrahuman Healthcare Private Limited, an Indian company (the "Company") and you (the "Partner"). By accessing or using the Company API ("API"), Partner agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Purpose of the API

The Company provides the API to enable Partners to integrate their services or products with the Company’s app, enhance functionality, and extend their platform capabilities. The API is primarily designed to facilitate seamless interaction with the Company’s app and provide innovative solutions for mutual benefit.

The API also enables Partners to view performance metrics and analytics of users referred by them subject to appropriate user consent and Company’s data sharing policies.

Permitted Use

Partners may use the API, provided that such use complies with our Fair Usage Policy.

Our Fair Usage Policy is designed to ensure that the API is used responsibly and in a way that supports a positive and effective experience for all partners and users. Commercial usage of the API includes, but is not limited to, applications, products, or services that are monetized or generate revenue through integration with our platform.

Company reserves the right to periodically review the Partner’s performance and revoke access in the event of misuse, underperformance, or breach.

Fair Usage Policy:

  1. Non-Excessive Usage: API usage must remain within reasonable limits set by Ultrahuman. Excessive or unnecessary API calls that could impact system performance or disrupt service availability for other users may result in throttling or suspension of access.
  2. No Redistribution: The API is provided solely for the approved Partner’s direct use. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the API, API keys, or any data derived from the API is strictly prohibited.
  3. Data Integrity and Privacy Compliance: Partners must manage all data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Ultrahuman’s privacy standards. This includes obtaining all necessary user consents, handling data securely, and ensuring data is used only for approved purposes. Any misuse of user data will result in immediate suspension of API access.
  4. Quality and Brand Alignment: Applications or services developed using the API should align with Ultrahuman’s brand values and quality standards, especially regarding user experience, fitness tracking, and data representation. Misrepresentation of Ultrahuman data or brand can lead to termination of API access.
  5. Prohibited Uses: The API may not be used for the following purposes:
  6. No Data Mining or Analytics for Competitive Purposes: Partners may not use the API or its data to conduct research, analysis, or competitive studies against Ultrahuman or its products. This includes reverse-engineering Ultrahuman’s proprietary algorithms or metrics.
  7. Modification and Compliance Monitoring: Ultrahuman reserves the right to monitor and audit API usage to ensure compliance with the Fair Usage Policy. Ultrahuman may update this policy periodically, and continued use of the API indicates acceptance of these updates.
  8. Suspension and Termination: Ultrahuman reserves the right to suspend or terminate API access for any partner found to be in violation of this policy or if any usage pattern is deemed abusive, harmful to Ultrahuman’s services, or against the intended purpose of the API.
  9. Attribution: When displaying data sourced from Ultrahuman, the partner must attribute Ultrahuman as the source, in accordance with the brand’s usage guidelines.
