    With Ultrahuman's Breathwork Mode, you can now utilise breathing patterns practised by ancient civilisations and modern techniques, receiving real-time feedback on what's happening within your body. For instance, practices like deep breathing, and yogic breathing have been shown to reduce HR and increase HRV, indicating parasympathetic activity and reduced sympathetic activity, which is associated with stress reduction and improved cardiovascular health.
