Shipping Policy for the Ring AIR

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: The Ultrahuman Ring Air will be available for ordering from 20th June 2023 and shipping will take place in a phased manner i.e. deliveries will be made to the early purchasers first and subsequently the others subject to stock availability. Do note, Ultrahuman Ring Air is currently under public beta. Also, kindly note that Ultrahuman Ring Air is under production in limited batches to ensure there is no compromise on quality however we are making all efforts to ramp up the production to meet the higher demand for the Ultrahuman Ring Air. We will keep you updated on any adjustments to the delivery schedule. Before you order the Ultrahuman Ring AIR, we recommend you know your exact ring size. You may purchase a ring sizing kit from us. If you are already an existing user of the Ultrahuman Ring R1 and happen to have the sizing kit, you may use the same for the ring sizing purposes. Please use the ring sizing kit to determine the Ultrahuman Ring size appropriate to you. Please share the correct ring size with us so that we deliver the right sized Ultrahuman Ring Air to you. Please note, we do not provide any half sizes. Upon confirmation of the ring size by you, we will make best efforts to deliver the Ultrahuman Ring to you within 4 weeks. Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control and we shall not be held liable for the same. We will, however, notify you of any significant delays, and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. We will not be liable for late deliveries by the parcel providers or in case of force majeure at our end or delivery parcel provider’s end or IT systems disruption. You will be shown the tentative month of delivery on the website while ordering. We will share a more precise shipping date a month prior to the delivery month. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your order details, courier and tracking information. If ordering as a gift, you may wish to provide your own email address and not the address of the recipient. Make sure that the email address on your order is correct. If you do not receive the emails, check your spam folder. The risk of loss or damage to the Ultrahuman Ring AIR shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the Ultrahuman Ring. We are not responsible if the Ultrahuman Ring AIR is lost or damaged after delivery to you.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER We may be unable to accept any changes to your order in the following circumstances, (i) once your order has been prepared basis your earlier confirmation of size and/or color and (ii) once you receive a shipment notification i.e. when the Ultrahuman Ring Air has been prepared for shipping, or the Ultrahuman Ring Air has been shipped. Once you receive a shipment notification, we may be unable to change the delivery address as well.

CANCELLATIONS You can cancel your order before the order has been shipped by writing to us at mailto:[email protected]. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS: Ultrahuman Ring AIR may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Ultrahuman Ring AIR purchased from our crowdfunding campaigns such as including Kickstarter are exempt from our standard shipping, returns, and refunds policy. If you purchase the Ultrahuman Ring Air in any crowdfunding campaign, you will need to pay for the import taxes and the value-added tax (VAT) depending on the shipping destination. Save and except where mandated by applicable laws, if for any reason, ring purchase price is to be refunded to the buyer and the shipping total paid to Ultrahuman included Import Fees, Ultrahuman shall not be able to refund the Import Fees. For the avoidance of doubt, if the customer is cancelling the online order due to an issue on our end (e.g., size fitment issue due to no fault of the customer), we shall refund all fees, including duties and taxes if already paid by the customer.

Shipping Policy for Ultrahuman M1

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We will make best efforts to deliver the Ultrahuman M1 kit to you within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of your order and a payment confirmation from your account. In countries where prescription is required for delivery of the CGM sensors (e.g. USA), we will deliver the sensors within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt pf prescription. All deliveries are subject to stock availability. In case of monthly subscription, we should be able to ship you the order every 30 (thirty) days. The estimated arrival or delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order, and you agree that we are not liable for late deliveries. We will keep you updated on any adjustments to the delivery schedule. Please note, we cannot offer any partial or full refund as the plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Your plan will get cancelled by the end of its term. You may cancel the order any time before you receive a shipment notification by writing to us at mailto:[email protected]. A refund will be issued to the original payment method. However, once the CGM has been used or paired with the Ultrahuman App, the order cannot be cancelled and payment cannot be refunded even partially as the plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Your plan will get cancelled by the end of its term.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Ultrahuman M1 cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged with another product or service available for sale on the Website. In case you feel that the Ultrahuman M1 kit received is not as shown on the Website, you must email your concern to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order. After looking into your complaint we will take an appropriate decision in our sole discretion.
